If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • Made to order items are non-returnable (non-stock items). If damaged upon receipt, re-works/ replacements can be arranged however.
  • Returning goods and the costs associated is the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by the returns department at Armac Martin. It is recommended that you request a receipt of postage from the Royal Mail or add a tracked or signed for service to the parcel. That way you can track the progress of your returned goods.
  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is made.
  • It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the products are properly packaged to protect them on the return transit. Please be advised that we may not replace or refund products that have been damaged on the return transit if the damage is a result of poor packaging.

  • PBL

    Polished Brass Lacquered

    Hand polished to a smooth mirrored finish. A highly durable clear gloss lacquer is then applied which is baked in our ovens to ensure the lacquer cures to offer lasting protection.

    Baking the lacquer ensures that a harder and more durable layer will protect the finish from day to day usage and oxidisation.

    To help maintain and preserve the finish it is recommended that occasional use of a damp cloth and the use of a quality wax polish should only be used on the products. Abrasive kitchen cleaning products should never be used as they will increase the speed at which the lacquer breaks down.

  • CBP

    Chocolate Bronze Lacquered

    The product is hand sateened to give a brushed satin finish. A bright copper plate is then applied. A bronzing powder is then evenly applied to the copper before being hand relieved to give a smooth consistent finish with a copper undertone through the bronze.

    Finally, a highly durable clear satin lacquer is then applied which is baked in our ovens to ensure the lacquer cures to offer lasting protection. Baking the lacquer ensures that a harder and more durable layer will protect the finish from day to day usage and oxidisation.

    We recommend the occasional use of a soft cloth. Abrasive cleaning products should never be used as they will escalate the speed in which the lacquer breaks down.

    Satin Copper Plate Lacquered

    Barrelled Nickel Plate

    The product is hand sateened to give a brushed satin finish. The product is then lightly distressed. Finally, a dull nickel plate is applied to the product.

Our antique un-lacquered finishes are designed to naturally oxidise overtime. We also recommend that cleaning should be kept to a minimum with occasional very light use of a soft cloth.

    Antique Brass Un-lacquered

    The product is hand sateened to give a brushed satin finish. An antique patina is then applied to the brass before being hand relieved back to give the antique finish.

    As this is a natural living finish the finish will naturally oxidise and patina over time. The more the product is handled the faster the finish will wear away, eventually leading to a more natural brass appearance.

    We recommend the occasional use of a soft cloth and the use of a quality metal polish will help preserve the finish if highly polished.
